Refund policy

Delivery is free to UK and Europe.

Returns must be processed within 14 days of receipt of your online order. Please contact [email protected] who will issue you a return address. Please repackage your item(s) along with the original dispatch note, and request proof of sending for your peace of mind. All refunds are processed by Celsium within 10 days. During peak times your refund could take up to 14 days, and may take longer to show on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
